    I appreciate the fast delivery. and the fabric too. however, the shoulder pads are actually not made correctly. they are too long and therefore don’t let the strap get smaller for my newborn baby. I cannot use them. The doona company has the shoulder pads about half the size for this reason. Is there anything you can do to help me? maybe send me the correct size shoulder pads?

    it’s very hard to get on almost impossible to get on and when you get to the top straps to go over the head part where they slip through on a bungee and clip behind the seat the two exterior right and left pieces would not go on and by the time I got them on they broke as they were not sewn correctly in the right place and we’re not long enough.
